With a strong academic foundation and extensive research in areas such as strategic employment relations, talent management, reward systems, wellbeing at work, and business ethics, Ayman brings a deep understanding of the evolving dynamics of work and working lives and 14+ years of professional experience in the Human Resources Field.

He is also a Professional Certified Trainer from the American University in Cairo, with a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs across seven countries: Mozambique, Turkey, Tajikistan, Italy, Egypt, Syria, and Palestine. His training portfolio include core HR functions, soft skills, strategic leadership, and organizational development, tailored to diverse cultural and business contexts. He is an MBA holder in Global Management from ESLSCA University in France.

Ayman is an international career coach, specializing in guiding leaders and C-level executives through transformative career journeys. His coaching and training approach is rooted in strategic insight, personal effectiveness, and a commitment to sustainable performance.
